2015 Classic Red – $12
Our Classic Red is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is a light, soft, easy drinking red with deep berry flavours and a subtle pepper finish.
2014 Shiraz – $12
Deep crimson red in colour, our Shiraz is an intense bouquet of berried forest fruits, rich dark chocolate and pepper spice. The velvety palate exhibits intense flavours of spice and chocolate that linger through to a supple, silky finish. This wine is the perfect partner for hearty casseroles, barbequed meats and sumptuous roasts.
2015 Merlot – $12
Stored in French oak for 2 years, this little beauty has woken from slumber for you to enjoy. With flavours and aromas of black cherry, berries, plum and chocolate, it will make your taste buds dance! The softer characteristics make it a red wine that’s well-suited to lighter foods. However, don’t be surprised when she bites!
2012 Reserve Cabernet Merlot – $80
Deep crimson red with vibrant purple hues, our Reserve Cabernet Merlot has a banquet of green beans, black olives and subtle overtones of cedary vanillin oak.
WHITE WINE
2017 Spookwood Reserve Blanc – $18
Produced from select batches of hand-picked Trebbiano, Semillon and Chenin Blanc from a number of exceptional old vineyards, this Reserve Blanc is pleasantly aromatic with green apple, pear and tropical fruit. With a subtle hint of spice on the pallet, the wine is textural, fresh and flavoursome, with a long lingering finish.
2018 Chenin Blanc – $18
A powerful aroma of apple and tropical fruits followed by delicate floral tones. The palate is intensely textured with pure fruit flavours of honeysuckle, grapefruit and melon. This soft wine displays luscious confectionary sweetness that is invigoratingly refreshing on the finish. A delicious accompaniment to spicy dishes, curries, fruit and cheese platters.
