106-year-old vines produced this light to medium bodied Shiraz. Deep crimson red in colour, our Shiraz is an intense bouquet of berried forest fruits, rich dark chocolate and pepper spice. The velvety palate exhibits intense flavours of spice and chocolate that linger through to a supple, silky finish. This wine is the perfect partner for hearty casseroles, barbequed meats and sumptuous roasts.

2015 Merlot – $100 per carton (case of 12)

Stored in French oak for 2 years, this little beauty has woken from slumber for you to enjoy. With flavours and aromas of black cherry, berries, plum and chocolate, it will make your taste buds dance! The softer characteristics make it a red wine that’s well-suited to lighter foods. However, don’t be surprised when she bites!
